Abstract:

This dataset contains the nitrogen deposition input data for ISIMIP3a (Frieler et al. 2023, in prep., https://www.isimip.org). It is derived from gridded NHx and NOy deposition data simulated by NCAR Chemistry-Climate Model Initiative (CCMI) during 1860-2014 at monthly time step (Tian et al. 2018). Nitrogen deposition data were interpolated to 0.5° by 0.5° by the nearest grid. Data from 2015 to 2021 are taken from 2014 as it is assumed to be same.

With version 1.1 of this DOI, we add the 1901soc scenario with fixed year-1901 direct human influences.

Version 1.2 adds the years 2019-2021.

Version 1.3 adds files labeled 1850soc, with fixed year-1850 values.
