Bug in the select time series feature for points #15

As part of the Repository, we offer the possibility to select time series for points from NetCDF files as part of our "Configure Download" feature. Unfortunately, we discovered a bug: the computed indices for the extraction were off by one grid cell in each direction. Therefore all time series were extracted for a point 0.5° to the North and West of the requested point.

The problem is now resolved, but all files which were previously downloaded using this feature are affected. Not affected are time series for countries, bounding boxes or all other options of the "Configure Download" feature.
