ISIMIP3a small changes in 2006-2021 CO2 obsclim time series #22
issue
Matthias Büchner reported on Aug. 10, 2022.
Our CO2 time series, taken from the Global Monitoring Laboratory website [1], have been rescaled by the authors [2], resulting in minor changes in mean annual CO2 concentrations in between different ISIMIP data version published in January 2020 and June 2022. Checks showed that the deviations from the previous version were only <0.05%. We failed to communicate this change in the upstream data provision during the last compilation of the time series. Given the small deviations, we do not believe this has a large impact on the simulations performed for ISIMIP3a.
