H08: updated soil layer definitions #42

The original model results for soil moisture and soil temperatures were given without details defining soil depth. Prior to ISIMIP3, H08 had a single soil layer that extended to 1 meter below the surface. In ISIMIP3, the layer thickness varies spatially according to climate zone-specific soil depths. The soil depth distribution can be found in the attachments of the H08 model documentation at [1].

For soil moisture and soil temperature, the depth dimension has been added and the files replaced.
