ISIMIP3a: PROMET biomass with values in incorrect units #84

The biomass (biom) data was stored in incorrect units. In the previous version, the data was given in kg m-2, while the corrected version complies with the protocol, which stipulates tons per hectare. Without downloading again, you must first perform the conversion.
