Abstract:

This dataset contains ISIMIP2b (https://www.isimip.org, Frieler et al. 2017) simulation data from 6 fisheries and marine ecosystems models: APECOSM, BOATS, DBEM, DBPM, EcoOcean, MACROECOLOGICAL (Jennings et al. 2015), and ZooMSS (Heneghan et al. 2020, Heneghan et al. 2023).

With version 2.0 of this dataset, model output for ZooMSS has been added and the DOI page has been moved to the new ISIMIP repository.

Methods:

The ISIMIP2b fisheries and marine ecosystems outputs are based on simulations from fisheries and marine ecosystems models according to the ISIMIP2b protocol (https://www.isimip.org/protocol/2b/) A more detailed description of the models and model-specific amendments of the protocol are available at https://www.isimip.org/impactmodels.
